As soon as I quit drinking my life seemed to make more sense and it continues to have greater clarity to this very moment. I am glad you quit and found happiness!

its the 2nd best thing i ever gave up,drugs were the best thing i gave up simply because i did more drugs than drink,keep off it mate its the way forward.

First a man takes a drink then the drink takes the man.. Alcohol really is a soul destroying drug. I have more than my fair share of experience with it, it led to nothing but trouble for me. A friend of mine once said that drinking is slow motion suicide.
