Christian Rehab reaches out to Christian in Maine who struggle with addiction and alcoholism

transformationstreatment.com Some of the top treatment centers in the world are located in Florida and California. They all claim to have success rates 50% to 60% higher than the national average. For instance, 10% to 15% is said to be the realistic national avergage of those who recover from drugs and alcohol upon completing treatment. What allows certain treatment centers to have such high success rates versus others? Good question and one that has been asked for years. Personally I think that all treatment centers have just about the same success rate but many claim higher for marketing purposes of course. To get an accuarate % you would have to hire and outside agency to track all your clients progress for one years time after treatment. Almost impossible! That would be extremely expensive and each client would have to never lose contact with the the company doing the tracking. So the success rates are of no real importance are they. The question is, how does a treatment center attack relapse, prevent relapse and what programs are in place to insure the client has every tool as his or her disposal?

www.viviangale.com This video and song is about what a baby experiences in utero with a Mother that is addicted to drugs or alcohol. It appeals to the pregnant addict to take an honest look at what her actions are doing to her unborn child. By: Addiction Music Therapist, Vivian Gale

That’s good, I’m glad he’s okay. There are always some consequences though they be subtle. That’s the problem it’s an addiction and some people just don’t know how to do hard and getting clean and sober is hard and a totally unselfish and selfish act depending on who you’re doing it for. I did it for my children.

    Thanks for watching.

A great message, but seriously, the song is horrible. I mean it. It’s really cheesy.

Mom’s that do serious drugs like this deserve to go to hell. They are ruining, and completely destroying an innocent life-form forever, that did not deserve a fate like that. That is the most disgusting form of crime. A baby is so innocent, yet some people have no self control and wish to have their two seconds of pleasure, over a baby’s life. ughh… It makes me angry. Is it a crime to do this? -jw

It’s okay, I really just wanted you to take a look and see if you were judging. Rarely do I get offended. Being a midwife I can imagine you’ve seen allot.

You stated you get on a pedestal when you think somethings wrong. I guess that’s a natural response. But remember; there are only opposites in life; good bad, right wrong; yin yang; positive negative; protrons and neutrons. etc. We wouldn’t know one with out the other.

The nucleus represents our power of choice.

  23. FreedomGale says:

Thank you and I’m sorry about your Mom. Getting clean is not easy by any means. Depending upon your drug of choice and length of time and degree of use. Some never find freedom but many others do. God Bless You Too!

Peace and Blessings, Vivian/aka Freedom Gale

im so sorry! i get on a pedestal when i think something’s wrong!! i’m a midwife and i get so sick of it when i think people are judging women in tricky situations! sorry if you thought i was judging you – unintentional, i was more angry with some of the other people’s comments.
